Live on Base or Off?
1. Base Housing Office for MCAS YUMA Put your name on the list, ASAP no matter if you have not decided base or town.
2. Floor Plans for Base housing for MCAS Yuma. (Little Secret) Lincoln’s website is not correct for the floor plans. But this link is!!
3. Military side of Base Housing Office for MCAS Yuma
4. Again, Get ON THE LIST. Just in case. Cover your bases.

Renting in town?

2. Call Julie Johnson and get a good understanding on how in town rentals work. It is not like anywhere else you have lived. She is happy to explain.
3. Consider the cost of utilities. Electric in the summer may shock you. Add in the pool electric and this is something to consider in your house budget. I have a list of utilities on my site for your convenience.
